My name is Mark Jefimov. I work at the Tallinn city government with the Centre Party (Keskerakond), because I believe the city should be run by the people who actually live in it. I grew up in Lasnamäe and know first-hand the challenges its residents face every day.

Today I serve as advisor to the Deputy Mayor of Tallinn; before that, for nearly two and a half years, I was an advisor to the Centre Party faction in the Tallinn City Council. I'm also deputy chair of Kesknoored, the party's youth wing.

Together with my team, we've already delivered several important initiatives. For example, an initiative to toughen penalties for animal cruelty gathered over 5,000 signatures. It shows that people here genuinely care.

I believe young people deserve a real say in decisions that shape their future — that's why I keep working with Kesknoored alongside my main role.

My approach is simple: honesty, openness and real action. I'm always reachable — in person, in writing, or just on the street.
